Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email sales@wrenark.com as soon as you can . If we have not yet packaged and/or shipped out your items, we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. 

We do not always stock every item listed in our Rental Collection in our Shop. That being said, if you are interested in purchasing an item you see available in our Rental Collection, please email sales@wrenark.com

Can you deliver to EU

We may be able to ship to EU, please get in touch with us for a quote .

Can I return or exchange items I bought and used on photoshoots and editorials?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items used in photoshoots and editorials

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing and despatch .Delivery will be made by DPD and Royal Mail
